At Grove Foods, we specialize in premium frozen Brazilian products. To ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we use specialized frozen shipping methods.
Delivery Partner
All our deliveries are handled by DPD using their specialized next-day service to ensure your frozen goods remain at the required temperature.
Next Day Service
Orders are shipped via a 24-hour service. You will receive tracking information from DPD once your order has been dispatched.

Free delivery on orders over £60 applies to England & Wales only. The rest of the UK is subject to different delivery charges and does not qualify for free delivery.
Important Delivery Notes
- Receiving Your Order: Since our products are frozen, it is critical that someone is available to receive the delivery on the first attempt.
- Safe Place: If you specify a "safe place" with DPD, please ensure it is out of direct sunlight. Grove Foods cannot be held responsible for defrosted products if the delivery was left in a safe place.
- Dispatch Days: To avoid weekend delays where products might sit in a depot, we typically dispatch Monday through Thursday for delivery Tuesday through Friday.
Geographic Coverage
We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only — England, Scotland, and Wales. We are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or any other UK islands at this time. If your postcode is restricted, we will contact you before processing your order.
Important Notice for Frozen Deliveries
After dispatch, any changes made to the delivery schedule through the courier's portal are the customer's responsibility. If a delivery is delayed, missed, or rescheduled by the customer and the frozen goods arrive thawed, refunds or replacements will not be issued.
