At Grove Foods, we specialize in premium frozen Brazilian products. To ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we use specialized frozen shipping methods.
Delivery Partner
All our deliveries are handled by DPD using their specialized next-day service to ensure your frozen goods remain at the required temperature.
Next Day Service
Orders are shipped via a 24-hour service. You will receive tracking information from DPD once your order has been dispatched.

Important Delivery Notes
- Receiving Your Order: Since our products are frozen, it is critical that someone is available to receive the delivery on the first attempt.
- Safe Place: If you specify a "safe place" with DPD, please ensure it is out of direct sunlight. Grove Foods cannot be held responsible for defrosted products if the delivery was left in a safe place.
- Dispatch Days: To avoid weekend delays where products might sit in a depot, we typically dispatch Monday through Thursday for delivery Tuesday through Friday.
Geographic Coverage
We currently deliver to most UK mainland addresses. Some remote areas or islands may incur additional charges or may not be eligible for next-day frozen delivery. If your postcode is restricted, we will contact you before processing your order.
